The information in the link below outlines the Rules and Regulations (R&R’s) for contracted service personnel, which must be followed by all construction firms working at Watt Plaza (Watt Management).  These R&R’s apply to general construction, tenant improvement construction, and all other construction related activities.  No deviation or exception will be permitted without the expressed, written approval of the General Manager at Watt Plaza, 1875 Century Park East, Suite 1110, Los Angeles, CA 90067.
