Armed Guard Service

Should you need to hire an armed Security Officer(s) to monitor access into your suite, you can elect to use the vendor of your choice (subject to building review and provided they meet building requirements).

Any Armed Guard Service Vendor (“Security Company”) retained shall be required to carry (a) Workers Compensation Insurance with limits equal to or greater than the minimum statutory limits and a waiver of carrier’s right of subrogation; (b) Commercial Auto Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 combined single limit for bodily injury and/or property damage liability; and (c) Commercial General Liability Insurance on an occurrence basis with limits of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence and $4,000,000 in het aggregate, and must provide Watt Plaza with Certificates of Insurance evidencing the aforementioned required coverages, with an endorsement naming 1875/1925 Century Park East Company as additional insureds on the liability insurance provided. 

Note: Please notify the Building Management Office in advance once you arrange for armed guard services.
