8:00 PM – 9:59 AM = 32¢ per kWh
10:00 AM – 12:59 PM = 41¢ per kWh
1:00 PM – 4:59 PM = 65¢ per kWh
5:00 PM – 7:59 PM = 41¢ per kWh

After fully charged there will be a grace period of 15 minutes to move your car. After the grace period, rate will be $0.50 per minute thereafter.
